The AI Software Engineer III will build production software faster and better by thoughtfully leveraging AI development tools. This isn't an ML or data science role - you won't be training models. Instead, you'll use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot as force multipliers across the entire software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You'll join one of our product pods and be expected to not only deliver your own work but help your teammates adopt these tools effectively. We're early in this journey as an organisation, so your practical experience will directly shape how we work.

*This is a hybrid position working 1-2x per week in our Glasgow, Scotland office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of features end-to-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment 
• Architect solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with our product direction 
• Use AI-assisted development tools strategically across the full SDLC - planning work with AI agents, generating and refining code, creating comprehensive test coverage, and accelerating debugging

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 5-7 years of commercial software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production systems 
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, testing strategies, and writing code that others can maintain 
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of your workflow - you should be able to explain how you approach complex problems differently with these tools 
• Ability to work effectively across the stack; .NET and React experience preferred, but excellent fundamentals in other modern stacks are highly valuable 
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and shipping code frequently with confidence 
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping teammates grow 
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration - you ship, learn, and adapt 

Preferred:

• Experience in a SaaS or healthcare software environment
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code

Overview

The Sr. Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing Planet DDS participation in customer events and appearances for our Revenue teams, owning the entire branded merchandise  and gifting process, from sourcing and ordering to inventory control and managing the company gifting platform and managing the design and execution of registration sites for Planet DDS hosted events- with a strong emphasis on Cvent registration process building, optimization, and reporting. The Database Administrator (DBA) IV will design, implement, and manage secure, reliable, and high-performing database systems that power our SaaS products. Overview

The AI Software Engineer III will build production software faster and better by thoughtfully leveraging AI development tools. This isn't an ML or data science role - you won't be training models. Instead, you'll use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot as force multipliers across the entire software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You'll join one of our product pods and be expected to not only deliver your own work but help your teammates adopt these tools effectively. We're early in this journey as an organization, so your practical experience will directly shape how we work.

Job Duties

• Own delivery of features end-to-end: from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment 
• Architect solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with our product direction 
• Use AI-assisted development tools strategically across the full SDLC - planning work with AI agents, generating and refining code, creating comprehensive test coverage, and accelerating debugging 
• Mentor engineers on effective AI-assisted workflows; help establish team-wide patterns and practices 
• Contribute to technical direction within your pod and across the broader engineering organization 
• Drive improvements to our development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines 
• Collaborate closely with product and design to balance technical quality with delivery speed 

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production systems 
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, testing strategies, and writing code that others can maintain 
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of your workflow - you should be able to explain how you approach complex problems differently with these tools 
• Ability to work effectively across the stack; .NET and React experience preferred, but excellent fundamentals in other modern stacks are highly valuable 
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and shipping code frequently with confidence 
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping teammates grow 
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration - you ship, learn, and adapt 

Preferred:

• Experience in a SaaS or healthcare software environment
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience working in agile teams with short iteration cycles

Overview

We are seeking an AI-Powered QA Engineer II, to test SaaS and mobile products for dental offices and dental groups. This individual will leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance and expedite their software testing workflow. To be successful, the engineer will need to be self-motivated, a critical thinker, be able to take high-level directions, communicate clearly, and drive to completion in a very fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Bring AI tools and capabilities advocacy to an engineering team
• Design, implement and maintain the automated testing framework for SaaS products.  
• Mentor and train other team members on automation, quality practices and principles.  
• Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, effort estimates, task breakdowns, and other team discussions. 
• Assess and raise risks across the Planet DDS solution. 
• Work with the engineering team continuously improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of Planet DDS products. 
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design and deploy new features. 
• Learn about the latest tools and patterns consistent with your role. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4+ or more years of experience in software engineering development, test, and/or QA role
• Track record using AI-powered software testing tools like Applitools, Testim, Mabl, TestRigor, TestComplete, UI-TARS, Midscene and Puppeteer
• Experience in automation testing and building automation frameworks from the ground up

• Experience in programming (ideally JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C#)  
• Experience with: Test case management techniques, technologies, and approaches. 

• Experience with Jira & Zephyr Scale would be beneficial

• Knowledge of how to characterize different risk scenarios (Examples: functional/closed-box, boundary, verification and validation, acceptance, load, stress, performance, HA/DR)

Overview

This is not a maintenance role. We are not looking for someone to keep the lights on. The Director, Marketing Operations will architect and scale the AI-powered marketing engine that drives Planet DDS’s go-to-market performance. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy — owning the systems, workflows, and intelligence infrastructure that enable the marketing team to operate at speed, with precision, and with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. This is not a role for someone who tolerates manual processes; it’s built for a leader who sees AI as a force multiplier and has the operational chops to make that vision real.

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and sit at the center of a business that is accelerating. The team you inherit is small. The surface area is large. The expectation is that you grow both the capability of the function and the people in it.

Job Duties

• Revenue Attribution and Funnel Intelligence - You will build and own an attribution model that leadership can actually trust — one that accurately captures AM pipeline, closed-won revenue, multi-touch journeys, and the full source-to-close story across every channel. You will know where every dollar of pipeline came from, and you will be able to tell that story without being asked.
• Marketing and Revenue Tech Stack - You will be the architect of our marketing and revenue technology. Our stack includes Salesforce, Hubspot, LeanData, Outreach, Contentful, Snowflake, Influ2, Apollo, AI BDR tools, Pendo, Twilio Segment, PowerBI, Scoop Analytics, ReTell AI, Gong, Cvent, and more. You will decide what stays, what goes, what gets built, and how everything talks to each other. You will not wait for direction on this.
• AI-Powered BDR Infrastructure - You will design and operationalize the infrastructure that makes our BDR team dramatically more effective — AI-powered inbound routing, outbound sequencing via Apollo and Outreach, ReTell AI call integration, and clean engagement data flowing back into Salesforce. The goal is simple: BDRs spend less time on manual work and more time on high-value conversations.
• Twilio Segment and Data Architecture - You will build out Twilio Segment as the foundation for how we collect, structure, and activate platform engagement data from Denticon, Cloud 9, and Apteryx. This infrastructure is not just for today — it is the foundation for our Product Led Growth motion when the business is ready for it.
• PLG Readiness - You will be the person who ensures we are operationally ready to execute a PLG motion before we need to. That means data schema, in-app trigger mapping, product-to-sales handoff design, and a clear gap analysis of what we need to build. You will have the plan before the question gets asked.
• Digital Reporting and Prescriptive Insights - You will replace dashboards that deliver data with reporting that drives decisions. Every report your team produces will include a recommendation, a risk flag, or a clear so-what for leadership. You will build a live digital command center that senior stakeholders can act on independently.
• Product Launch Playbook and Campaign Operations - You will own the operational backbone of every tier one and tier two product launch — UTM architecture, attribution setup, dashboard SLAs, campaign operations timelines, and post-launch reporting cadence. No launch will ever require the VP of Marketing to follow up on tracking or data setup.
• Team Leadership and Development - You will manage, develop, and build capability in the Marketing Ops team. You will define clear ownership areas, create structured development plans, and actively coach your team toward AI fluency, data architecture skills, and strategic thinking. You are building a team — not managing a ticket queue.
• Efficiency and Automation - You will systematically eliminate manual processes across Marketing Operations. Every hour saved is an hour reinvested into higher-value work. You will audit, prioritize, and execute on automation opportunities continuously — not annually.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS or technology, including at least 3 years in a leadership role — with a demonstrated track record of scaling systems and teams in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on fluency with AI and automation tools applied to marketing — including experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot), AI-assisted content workflows, predictive lead scoring, and intelligent segmentation or personalization engines.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Salesforce CRM, with strong system administration, integration management, and workflow design capabilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience building multi-touch attribution models, AI-enhanced funnel reporting, and executive-facing dashboards; proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align marketing programs to pipeline metrics, improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, and reduce time-to-close through smarter data and faster handoff processes.
• A genuine AI-curious mindset — you stay current on emerging marketing technology, you experiment before you theorize, and you actively coach others to work smarter through technology rather than around it.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team; able to translate organizational strategy into individual-level priorities, create development pathways, and hold people accountable to outcomes without micromanaging.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills; comfort managing multiple high-complexity initiatives in parallel in a fast-paced environment where speed, adaptability, and precision are all required simultaneously.
